Great location near the city, with peaceful surroundings. Spotless room and amazing staff. Fantastic breakfast with free-range eggs and plenty of avocado on granary toast. Owners went above and beyond, offering to drive us to the concert. Will definitely return in the future.

Recently stayed for 3 nights at this lovely hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the city but peaceful. The staff were amazing, friendly and polite. The breakfast was amazing, with free-range poached eggs and plenty of smashed avocado on delicious granary bread. The courtyard area was a nice spot to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. Definitely recommend this hotel.

it's easy base for visiting some must see attractions in cardiff. the hotel's location is incredible and the staff are excellent and amiable. cardiff outskirts district deserves your time and attention.

I was there for 1 night and will be back. Beautiful location in the middle of the city, welcoming staff, everything was fine. I liked the room, it was adequate and spotless and had an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV. Location: the hotel was near to the sea front and the restaurant.

The ample parking nearby made it convenient for us. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with high-quality produce and a variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering to drive us to the concert when our taxi was late. We will definitely be back in the future to enjoy the lovely location and hospitality. Oh, and we can't forget the delicious pint of Madri we had in the sunshine!

During my recent Easter stay, I found the hotel staff to be outstanding, friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel was also really convenient, with easy access to public transport and the town center. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with a delicious variety of fresh produce and ingredients offered each morning.

the shower was exceptionally small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. Finally, the lack of car parking was not ideal and made it challenging to find a space nearby.

Smoking was not allowed on-site, which was a great plus.

Located conveniently to the city center yet far enough away for a peaceful stay, this hotel boasts a beautiful courtyard to unwind in during sunny days. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was delicious with free-range eggs and fresh produce. Rooms, though slightly compact, come with great shower pressure and hot water, along with lovely views. Italian restaurant next door provides an option for a great dinner.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of car parking space.

The breakfast at Sids Restaurant And Bar With Rooms was absolutely amazing. I had the poached egg and smashed avocado on toast, and it was delicious. The eggs were free-range and the avocado was generously spread on two slices of granary bread. It was a delightful start to my day.

The room could use some updating for the price I paid. The bed was short and uncomfortable, and the decor was lackluster.

The room was quite small with a tiny shower and lacked proper cleaning. The decor of the room needed updating, and maintenance was an issue as the bathroom’s extraction fan wasn't working.
